Questions EMS engineers ask before ordering

Which SMT placement machines are your feeders compatible with?
Our feeders are engineered to the customer's placement or odd-form insertion machine. We have running installations on Panasonic NPM and CM602, FUJI NXT, Yamaha YS/YSM20, JUKI RS-1 and JM series, Samsung/Hanwha SM series and Mirae, and we build custom interfaces for ASM SIPLACE, Universal and other platforms. Send us your machine model and feeder-bank photos and we confirm the docking interface, IO signals and available slot width before quoting.
Can you build a feeder for a component that is not in any catalogue?
Yes — custom feeders are our core business. Send 20–50 component samples (or a 3D model), the packaging (tape, tube, tray or bulk), and the target cycle time. Our engineers review feasibility, propose a feeder type (tube, bowl, belt, tray, radial/axial tape, label or terminal) and a matching nozzle or gripper, and start the design typically within 5 working days.
How do you test a feeder before it ships?
Every feeder runs 1,000 consecutive feed cycles (500 on some models) with your real components, plus a 48-hour continuous aging test. We record the test on video and share it with you before shipment.
What information do you need for a quotation?
Placement machine brand and model, component type and size (datasheet or samples), packaging format, required pick position and cycle time, available slot width on the feeder bank, and annual volume. Photos of your current feeder bank speed things up.
What is the lead time and do you ship worldwide?
Lead time is confirmed in each quotation and depends on the feeder type, customisation and sample approval. Numbered wear parts ship within 1 day. We export to North America, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, India and Southeast Asia by express, air or sea, and provide remote installation and operator training.
Do your feeders meet CE or local safety requirements?
CE marking has been completed on our vibration stick feeder programme (December 2025). For other models and for local rules such as Brazil NR12, we confirm the required documentation per model and project before order.
How fast will you reply to an inquiry?
We reply to every inquiry within 2 hours during China business hours (UTC+8) and usually send a first technical proposal the same day.
